Herb Roasted Lamb Chops
Ingredients :
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tbs fresh thyme leaves crushed lightly
- 1 tbs rosemary leaves crushed lightly
- 2 ts sea salt
- 2 tbs extra virgin oil
- 1 kg lamb loin chops
Method :
- Mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, sea salt and 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil on a bowl. Add the lamb and mix it good with the marinade, let it marinade in room temperature for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 190 C. On a ovenproof skillet add the 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil and cook lamb until browned ( 2-3 minutes per side )
- Put the skillet in the oven and cook the lamb about 15 minutes for medium done.
- After you take it off the oven let it at least 5 minute to rest on a plate before you eat it.
