Giordanos Healthy Energy Bars.

Whats up guys, Giordano here,
         Today i am gonna share an amazing recipe for those we need some extra energy with a small snack on their day or for those who dont have time for a meal during their day. My recipe is completly healthy and easy to make with just 4 ingredients and without baking it. As you will see we will not use any sugar, our bars will be high of proteins and carbohydrates. Lets start then :

Healthy energy bars

     Ingredients :

  1. 350 gr peanutbutter
  2. 500 gr oats
  3. 3 tbs of honey
  4. 2/3 of coconut milk from can 

     Method :

  • On a big bowl put all ingredients together.
  • Wearing gloves, mix with your hand all ingredients very good ( if its breaking a lot put more of your coconut milk )
  • On an oven pan, or some form you got home, put wax paper and put your mix there, preassure very very strongly until it will become in one form, it should be 2 fingers tall,  we will not put it to the oven, let it rest on the fridge for about 3-5 hours until you cut it.

Delicious yogurt mousse.

      Today i am gonna share with you this amazing recipe of yogurt mousse for the amazing light and creamy texture of a sweet to serve to your visitors anytime.

Yogurt Mousse

    Ingredients :

  1. 2 egg whites
  2. 100g sugar
  3. 100g water
  4. 1 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  5. lemon peel

    Method :

  • On a small pot put the sugar, the water and the lemon peel and make bowil it until 115 C ( almost 2 more minutes after start boiling ).
  • At the same time hit the white eggs on a mixer until maringue, when the sirup is ready drop it into the mixing bowl of maringue while hitting slowly slowly to gain temperature, hit it 5 more minutes strongly
  • When our mix gets chill put the yogurt inside and very gently stir.
  • With a pastry bag put the mousse into glasses and put to the fridge for 2 hours
  • Serve them with fruits on top or even better with preserved fruits for more taste.

Roasted tomato soup.

Whats up guys, Giordano here,
       Soups are amazing liquid food, i enjoy to eat soups in any season of the year, cold or hot .
Today  i am gonna tell you a very simple and amazing recipe that any of you can do home and enjoy the flavors.

Roasted tomato basil soup.

           Ingredients :

  1. 12 medium tomatoes
  2. 1/2 cup of olive oil
  3. 1 tbs kosher salt
  4. 1 1/2 tbs freshly ground black pepper
  5. 12 garlic cloves 
  6. bunch of basil
  7. grated parmigiano-reggiano or gruyere cheese, for the plate
          Method :
  • Put the tomatoes in an oven pan tighly, put the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, olive oil all over the tomatoes and half of your basil chopped.
  • Put in a pre-heated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180 C
  • Now put all the ingredients from the oven pan to a big bowl, put the rest of basil and blend.
  • Check the seasoning and serve on a plate with 2 tbs of grated cheese, a basil leaf on top and 1/4 tbs of olive oil

Semi frozen dessert

What's up guys, Giordano here,
     Today we gonna make an amazing dessert , Semifreddo , is a class of semi - frozen desserts, typically ice-cream cakes. It's not very hard to make and it's amazing to taste and you can keep it in your refrigerator for long time.

Semifreddo

     Ingredients :

  1. 60 gr egg whites 
  2. 120 gr sugar
  3. 25 gr water
  4. 200 gr whipping cream
  5. 100 gr almond fillet
  6. 60 gr forest fruits or strawberries chopped 

     Method:

  • In a pot boil water with sugar until 115 C, a bit before you get this temperature hit the egg whites to marengue, when marengue is ready don't stop hitting with your mixer and put slowly the sirup to get slowly the temperature, continue hitting until gets fluffy.
  • When our mix gets in room temperature, hit on the mixer bowl the whipping cream until it gets fluffy.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and gently stir from down up untul all ingredients gets mixed
  • Put on forms and put it to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Fastest herb lamb chops recipe !!!

Whats up guys, Giordano here,
     Easter is coming for us Christian Orthodox and what would be better from Lamb .? I love meat cooked with herbs , herb give all kinds of meat and absolute "plus" on your mouths taste and noses smell. Lets get started folks :

Herb Roasted Lamb Chops

         Ingredients :

  1. 4 garlic cloves, pressed
  2. 1 tbs fresh thyme leaves crushed lightly
  3. 1 tbs rosemary leaves crushed lightly
  4. 2 ts sea salt
  5. 2 tbs extra virgin oil
  6. 1  kg lamb loin chops
            

         Method :

  • Mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, sea salt and 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil on a bowl. Add the lamb and mix it good with the marinade, let it marinade in room temperature for an hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 C. On a ovenproof skillet add the 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil and cook lamb until browned ( 2-3 minutes per side )
  • Put the skillet in the oven and cook the lamb about 15 minutes for medium done.
  • After you take it off the oven let it at least 5 minute to rest on a plate before you eat it.

a.k.a "Nutella"

Hey, whats up guys, Giordano here,
       Today i am gonna show you a "must" recipe all of you guys should know and its absolutly delicious and easy. Chocolate hazelnut spread is famous as "Nutella", "Merenda" , i know all of you guys love Nutella , so why not to make your own homemade and surprise all your friends and family. Lets get started :

Chocolate hazelnut spread

             Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup hazelnuts
  2. 1/4 cup almonds
  3. 1/4 cup peanuts
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 2 cup of water
  6. 1 1/2 cup  dark chocolate chips
  7. 2 tbs cocoa powder
  8. 1 tbs sea salt

             Method:

  • Put the hazelnuts,almonds and peanuts on a hot pan and cook until golden brown coloured, put water, brown sugar and a pinch of salt stir and cook for about 10-15 minutes until gets soft.
  • Now pour the mixture in a food processor (multy blenders work also), work with it for about 5 minutes and get it as smooth as possible.
  • Now put it on a large bowl, add the cocoa powder, the chocolate chips ( you can add vanilla as well if you want ) stir until chocolate chips are completly melted and completly encorporating, put it to the fridge for an hour.
  • After you take it out from the fridge give it a pinch of sea salt and stir
  • You can store it for more than a month

Perfect dessert for fasting !

In Greece and  Cyprus term halva is used for both varietes of the dessert. Today i will not tell you a recipe for sesame halva but for an amazing semolina halva that we referre as 1-2-3-4, as it calls of one unit of oil, two of semolina, three of sugar and four of water. I will make a small change in sugar because i think its enough sweet with 2 1/2 cups of sugar. Lets make it :

Semolina Halva with raisins

        Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of olive oil
  2. 2 cups of semolina
  3. 2 1/2 cups of sugar
  4. 4 cups of water
  5. 1 cinnamon stick
  6. 1 orange peel
  7. 1 tbs cinnamon powder

       Method:

  • On a small pot boil water with sugar, the cinnamon stick and the orange peel on low heat
  • On a deep hot pot. put the olive oil and aftrer put the semolina, stir often until semolina becomes a bit more brown
  • Put in cinnamon powder the raisins
  • Remove the pots from the heat,remove the cinnamon stick from the sirup and put slowly, carefully put our sirup to the semolina, stir very good
  • Put the pot to the fire again and let it become as "one" (  cook it for a minute ), then remove it from the heat, put it to a form and let it chill, when is not hot put it to the fridge and let it for 2 hours at least before you cut it.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon powder on the top.

Coffee flavoured Italian dessert!

Whats up guys, Giordano here,
       Tiramisu is the most popular italian coffee flavoured dessert. Its made of savoiardi dipped in coffee layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar , mascarpone cheese flavoured with cocoa. On our recipe we will put also philadelphia cheese. Lets do this then :

Tiramisu

       Ingredients :

  1. 5 eggs
  2. 5 tbs sugar
  3. 500 gr mascarpone cheese
  4. 2 tbs philadelphia cheese
  5. 200gr savoiardi bisquits
  6. 3 cups of cold espresso coffee
  7. 1 tbs Amaretto liquer (optional)
  8. 1tbs Marsala wine (optional)
  9. cocoa powder

       Method :

  • Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites to maringue and keep it cool to the fridge.
  • On a different mixer bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar for 10 minutes.Put to our mixture mascarpone and philadelphia cheese na whisk gently from down up.
  • Put on our mixture the maringue and whisk gently.
  • Put a bit of the mixture inside our glasses, dive in the cold espresso( with marsala wine and amaretto) savoiardi bisquit for 2 seconds and put in the glass, continue until you create a layer and put our creamy mixture from up , continue until you have 2 or 3 layers ( depend of how big is your glass ) and at the top put more cream.
  • Put to the fridge for at least 6 hours
  • Before server sprinkle cocoa powder to the top.

"Bougatsa'' with chocolate cream !

            On this post we gonna speak about a Greek pastry breakfast, called ''bougatsa'', consisting of either semolina custard, cheese or minced meat between layers of phyllo. Bougatsa is very popular in Thessaloniki, today i am gonna share with you an alternative recipe with chocolate and trust me when i say, you are gonna love this. Lets get started :

Bougatsa with chocolate cream

         Ingredients :

  1. 14 sheets phyllo dough
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. 50 gr thin semolina
  4. 30 gr flour
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 80 gr sugar
  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/ 1 vanilla stick
  8. 125 gr dark chocolate
  9. powdered sugar and cacao for the top
  10. 100 gr butter

        Method :

  • On a pot, put the milk on medium heat.
  • On a bowl hit the sugar, the eggs and the vanlla, add semolina and flour and keep hitting. Add a bit of milk on the bowl and whisk. Add all the mix form the bowl to the pot and bring it to simmer and whisk until it gets strong. Take off from the heat and add the chocolate in small peaces, whisk till chocolate melts. ( if you dont want with chocolate , you just dont put the chocolate inside. ). Let the cream get colder, if the cream is very strong add a little bit of milk more till it gets lighter.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 180 C. Melt the butter and butter good an oven tray and put the first sheet of of phyllo, butter good the phyllo on the oven tray and put the second sheet on top, continue until you put 7.
  • After you putted 7 sheets put the cream inside and spread it good everywhere
  • Put another sheet of phyllo and butter good, and continue till you put 7 also. Keep in mind to butter it a lot so when you bake it it will stay as one together and be crunchy. Put all the butter left on the top of the last phyllo.
  • Bake it on 180 C until it gets good red colour 30-45 minutes depends the oven, Put it high on the oven so the heat will go up and cook the bottom also.
  • Take it from the oven , let it chill before you cut it . Cacao and powdered sugar for the top. ( if you dont make chocolate cream put cinnamon instead of cacao).

Alternative ''Panna Cotta''

        On this post we gonna talk about Panna Cotta. An Italian desert ( meaning cooked cream ), is made by blending thick cream, egg white and honey and then bake it on bain-marie or oven in low temperature.
        Today we gonna cook an alternative and more famous way that most restaurants cook in Italy and all over the world. Lets get started !!!

Panna Cotta

           Ingredients :

For the panna cotta :
  1. 1 litre  35% whipping cream
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. lemon zest from half lemon
  4. 1 vanilla stick 
  5. 150 gr sugar
  6. 4 gelatine leaves
  7. fresh mint leaves
For the sorbet :
  1. 200 gr of frozen forest fruits
  2. 100 gr sugar
  3. 50  gr water
  4. 10 gr lemon juice

           Method :

For the panna cotta :
  • Soak the gelatine leaves in a little cold water until soft.
  • Place the milk, cream, lemon zest, vanilla stick ( info ) and sugar to a small pot and bring it to simmer. Take pot off the heat. Discard the vanilla stick.
  • Squeeze the water out of the gelatine leaves, then add to the pot and stir until gelatine has dissolved.
  • Divide  the mixture among ramekins and leave to cool. Place into the fridge for at least 1-2 hours, until set.
For the sorbet :
  • In a small pot put the water, sugar and the lemon juice, bring it to simmer until it become sirup.
  • Drop the sirup into the frozen fruits.
  • Blend the fruits good and put them to the refrigerator till gets frozen.
  • At the end put panna cotta on a plate and scratch the sorbet with a fork on the top, garnish with a leaf of fresh mint. 
(if you dont want to make sorbet you can just put the sirup into the fruits, let it cool and garnish.)

An Aztec recipe !

        Today i am gonna share with you guys the most delicious Mexican guacamole recipe you ever tasted. Guacamole is so much more than a dip to your chips, here are some examples:        You can use guacamole on toasts, on a sandwich, salad dressing, with fried fish, smoked salmon. Lets get started !!


Guacamole :

           Ingredients :

  1. 2 avocados
  2. 2 large red tomatoes
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 1/2 red onnion, cut in squares
  5. 2 small red chillies, deseeded
  6. 2 limes juice
  7. tabasco
  8. 2 tbs coriander leaves
  9. salt
  10. fresh milled black pepper

          Method :

  • Remove the stone from avocados
  • Skin the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them and leave them for a minute until you take the skin off. 
  • Then pop them into join the avocado and put the garlic, chillies , onnion and then add the lime juice, few drops of tabasco, salt and pepper.
  • Smash it with a fork like puree, and taste.
  • Put it to the fridge until you need it, coriander leaves on the top.

For a lovely breakfast - Για ένα υπέροχο πρωινό.

        Here is an amazing recipe for pancakes that I love to use as well when I want to make an absolutely amazing breakfast for me and my beloved ones. We will make American pancakes, there they love to use baking powder and they are common with Scottish pancakes. Its amazing and absolutely easy.
So guys lets get started :

Pancakes

                   Ingredients :

  1. 2 cups of flour
  2. 2 1/2 tbs baking powder
  3. 3 tbs sugar
  4. 1/2 ts salt
  5. 2 big eggs
  6. 1 1/2 cup of milk
  7. 2 tbs butter
  8. 1 vanilla

                   Method :

  1. In a bowl put the flour,vanilla,
    sugar, baking powder and salt together.
  2. In another bowl whisk the milk with the eggs together and mix them with the other ingredients.
  3. When our ingredients are mixed good put the butter and whisk.
  4. Butter a non-stick pan and make the pancakes one by one.

               Σε αυτό το post η συνταγή που θα μοιραστώ μαζί σας είναι τα pancakes τα οποία λατρεύω να φτιάχνω και να τρώω επίσης. Θα κάνουμε Αμερικάνικα pancakes τα οποία είναι παρόμοια με αυτά των Σκωτσέζων γιατί έχουν baking powder. Αυτή η συνταγή είναι φανταστική και απίστευτα εύκολη. Ας ξεκινήσουμε λοιπόν :

    Pancakes

            Υλικά :

  1. 2 κούπες αλεύρι
  2. 2 1/2 κ.γ baking powder
  3. 3 κ.σ ζάχαρη
  4. 1/2 κ.γ αλάτι
  5. 2 μεγάλα αυγά
  6. 1 1/2 κούπα γάλα
  7. 2 κ.σ βούτυρο
  8. 1 βανίλα

          Εκτέλεση :

  1. Σε ένα μπολ βάλτε, το αλεύρι, την βανίλια, την ζάχαρη, το baking powder και το αλάτι, ανακατέψτε καλά.
  2. Σε ένα άλλο μπολ χτυπάμε το γάλα μαζί με τα αυγά και τα προσθέτουμε στο άλλο μπολ με τα υπόλοιπα υλικά .Χτυπάμε καλά.
  3. Στο τέλος προσθέτουμε το βούτυρο.
  4. Βουτυρώστε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι και φτιάξτε τα pancakes ένα ένα.

Dress your salad - Ντύστε την σαλάτα σας !

          Today we will speak about Salad Dressings, sauces for salads are often called dressings, The concept of salad dressings varies accros cultures. Today we will speak for 2 different dressings, Honey and lemon dressing and balsamic dressing. Lets make our salad much more tastier!

Honey and lemon Dressing :

                 Ingredients :

  1. 6 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  2. 1 tbs good honey
  3. 3 tbs lemon juice
  4. sea salt
  5. freshly ground black pepper

                  Method :

  • Mix everything together in a bowl and season to taste.

Balsamic dressing :

                 Ingredients :

  1. 6 tbs extra virgin oil
  2. 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
  3. sea salt
  4. freshly ground black pepper

                Method :

  • In a bowl put balsamic vinegar and slowly mix the olive oil by whisking it strong.
  • Season to tase.
  • Always whisk before use.

Καλώς ήρθατε, είμαι ο Giordano,
             Σήμερα θα μιλήσουμε για τα ντέσινγκ σαλάτας, οι σάλτσες για σαλάτες συχνά αποκαλούντε ντρέσινγκ. Οι ποικιλίες τω ντρέσινγκ είναι διαφορετικές σε όλο τον κόσμο. Σήμερα θα μιλήσουμε για 2 διαφορετικά ντρέσινγκ, το ντρέσινγκ από λεμόνι και μέλι και ντέσινγκ βαλσάμικο. Ας κάνουμε λοιπόν τις σαλάτες μας πολυ πιο νόστιμες.

     Ντρέσινγκ από λεμόνι και μέλι :

       Υλικά :

  1. 6 κ.σ έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο
  2. 3 κ.σ χυμό λεμόνι
  3. 1 κ.σ καλό μέλι
  4. αλάτι
  5. φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι

       Εκτέλεση :

  • Βάλτε όλα τα υλικά μέσα σε ένα μπολ και ανακατέψτε καλά,

     Βαλσάμικο ντρέσινγκ :

       Υλικά :

  1. 6 κ.σ έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο
  2. 3 κ.σ ξύδι βαλσάμικο
  3. αλάτι
  4. φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι

       Εκτέλεση :

  • Σε ένα μπολ βάλτε το βαλσάμικο και σιγά σιγά προσθέστε το ελαιόλαδο ανακατεύοντας δυνατά με ένα φουέ, αλατοπιπερόστε και δοκιμάστε.

Drunk Chicken - Μεθυσμένο Κοτόπουλο!

        Today we gonna talk about Chicken. Chicken, the most famous meat that humans like and eat, They are world wide source of eggs, something we will talk about the next days.Raw chicken may contain salmonella , the safe minimum cooking temperature i recommend is 74C to avoid this illness because of bacteria and parasites. However in Japan there are dishes with raw chicken .
Chicken may be cooked in many and delicious ways , today we will talk about the way of cooking chicken breasts on a marsala sauce. Lets get  started!

Ingredients :

  1. 2 skin-on boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 teaspoon  salt and black pepper
  3. 3 tablespoons butter
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 5 mushrooms sliced
  6. 1 shallot (onion) minced
  7. 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  8. 1 cup Marsala wine
  9. 2 cups chicken stock
  10. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  11. 1 teaspoon cold butter

Preparation :

  1. Season chicken breasts all over with salt and pepper
  2. Melt the 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a non stik pan over medium heat, Cook the chicken, skin side down, until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn them and cook until chicken almost ready about 5 minutes more.Transfer chicken breasts to a plate.
  3. Melt the rest 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan. Saute the mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper until mushrooms are golden (5-7 minutes). Add minced shallot, cook and stir until softened. Sprinkle flour all over the top, stir and cook until the bitterness of flour cooks off, 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour wine into the pan and bring to a boil. Cook until wine gets reduced and sauce gets thicker. Add chicken stock bring to a simmer and cook until reduced,3-5 minutes more,
  5. Return chicken breasts to the pan, reduce heat to low and cook chicken, turning once until no longer pink in the center of the chicken and juices run clear, about 10 minutes
  6. Stir parsley and one tablespoon of cold butter into the sauce, stirring constantl, until sauce is shiny and butter melted. Transfer chicken to a plate and spoon mushrooms and sauce to the top.

      Σήμερα θα μιλήσουμε για το κοτόπουλο. Το κοτόπουλο είναι ίσως το πιο διάσημο κρέας γιατί όλοι μας το λατρεούμε. Είναι η πιο διάσημη πηγή αυγών, για κάτι που θα μιλήσουμε τις επόμενες μέρες. Το ωμό κοτόπουλο περιέχει σαλμονέλα, η ασφαλής θερμοκρασία που πρέπει να είναι το κοτόπουλο για να μην υπάρχει η σαλμονέλα είναι 74 C, για να αποφευχθούν οι αρρώστιες λόγου των βακτηρίων και των παρασίτων. Ωστόσο στην Ιαπωνία υπάρχουν πιάτα με ομώ κοτόπουλο.
Το κοτόπουλο μπορεί να μαγειρευτεί με απίστευτους τρόπους, εμείς όμως σήμερα θα το μαγειρέψουμε με σάλτσα  κρασιού μαρσάλα. Ας αρχίσουμε λοιπόν!

Υλικά :

  1. 2 στήθη φιλέτα κοτόπουλο με την πέτσα τους
  2. 1 κγ αλάτι και μαύρο πιπέρι
  3. 3 κσ βούτυρο
  4. 2κσ ελαιόλαδο
  5. 5 μανιτάρια κομμένα σε λωρίδες
  6. 1 κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
  7. 1 κσ αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
  8. 1 κούπα κρασί μαρσάλα
  9. 2 κούπες ζωμό κότας
  10. 2 κσ ψιλοκομμένο μαιντανό
  11. 1 κγ κρύο βούτυρο

Εκτέλεση :

  1. Αλατοπιπερόστε τα στήθη μας καλά
  2. Λιώστε την 1 1/2 κσ βούτυρο και ρίξτε το με το ελαιόλαδο σε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά. Μαγειρέψτε το κοτόπουλο πρώτα με την μεριά της πέτσα προς τα κάτω μέχρι να πάρει χρώμα και απο τις δύο μεριές για περίπου 5 λεπτά την μεριά μέχρι να είναι σχεδόν έτοιμο, βγάλτε το από το τηγάνι και τοποθετήστε το σε ένα πιάτο.
  3. Λιώστε το υπόλοιπο 1 1/2 κσ βούτυρο στο ίδιο τηγάνι. Σωτάρετε τα μανιτάρια με μια πρέζα αλάτι και πιπέρι μέχρι να χρυσαφίσουν(5-7 λεπτά). Προσθέστε το κρεμμύδι και μαγειρέψτε μέχρι να μαλακώσει. Πασπαλίστε το αλεύρι και ανακατέψτε μέχρι να φύγει η αλευρίλα για 3-4 λεπτά.
  4. Βάλτε το κρασί μέσα στο τηγάνι και βράστε μέχρι να μειωθεί και η σάλτσα μας να πήξει. Προσθέστε τον ζωμό κότας και σιγοβράστε για 3-5 λεπτά.
  5. Βάλτα τα στήθη μας στο τηγάνι, χαμηλώστε την φωτιά και μαγειρέψτε το κοτόπουλο για περίπου 10 λεπτά.
  6. Ρίξτε τον μαιντανό και το κρύο βούτυρο και ανακατέψτε μέχρι η σάλτσα να χρυσαφίσει και να λιώσει το βούτυρο. Βάλτα το κοτόπουλο σε ένα πιάτο και με ένα κουτάλι απο πάνω ρίξτε την σάλτσα και τα μανιτάρια.

Devine Combinations!

Whats up guys, Giordano here,
           Today we will speak about the combination of pasta and fish, and more specific , penne  and salmon. Salmon is very popular as food and as a fish , its high of proteins ,omega 3 and vitamin D.
Today we will use smoked salmon for our recipe. Our food today will be nice and fresh , exactly what we need this season. Lets get started people!

Ingredients :

  1. 340g penne ( you can use any pasta you like )
  2. 200ml half-fat cream
  3. 150g smoked salmon roughly chopped
  4. Lemon zest and juice of 1 lemon
  5. 1 bunch of fresh dill finely chopped
  6. black pepper

Preparation :

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan with salted water , drain the pasta well and return to the hot pan
  2. Meanwhile, put the cream to a large bowl with smoked salmon, lemon zest and juice and the dill, season with black pepper.
  3. Stir the creamy salmon mixture into the pasta and serve immidately.

Καλησπέρα , είμαι ο Giordano και σήμερα έχουμε να μαγειρέψουμε ένα υπέροχο πιάτο και έναν ανεπανάληπτο συνδυασμό, πέννες με καπνιστό σολωμό. Ο σολωμός είναι διάσημο σαν ψάρι κα επίσης πολύ νόστημο, είναι πλούσιο σε πρωτείνες , ομέγα 3 και βιταμίνη D. Αυτό το πιάτο είναι καλοκαιρινό με αέρα φρεσκάδας και είναι ότι πρέπει για αυτή την εποχή . Ας αρχίσουμε λοιπόν!

Υλικά :

  1. 340 γρ πέννες
  2. 200 γρ κρέμα γάλακτος χαμηλών λιπαρών
  3. 150 γρ καπνιστό σολωμό κομμένο σε μεγάλα κομμάτια
  4. Ξύσμα και χυμό από ένα λεμόνι
  5. 1 ματσάκι φρέσκο άνιθο
  6. Μαύρο πιπέρι 

Εκτέλεση :

  1. Βράστε τις πέννες σε ένα μεγάλο τηγάνι με αλατισμένο νερό , στραγγίξτε τα και ξαναβάλτε τα στο καφτό τηγανι.
  2. Εντωμεταξύ σε ένα μπόλ τοποθετήστε την κρέμα , τον σολωμό, το ξύσμα και τον χυμό απο λεμόνι, τον φρέσκο άνιθο και πασπαλίστε με το μαύρο πιπέρι.
  3. Βάλτε το μίγμα μας με τον σολωμό μέσα στο τηγάνι με τις πέννες και σερβίρετε γρήγορα.

Awaken the flavors.

         Today we will speak for a classic American dessert ''Chocolate Brownie'' , It is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms, mostly square.
Brownies are typically eaten by hand and its an amazing combination with coffee or milk. You can easy serve them also warm with a ball of ice-cream topped with whipped cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar. Lets get started and amaze our guests!!!


Ingredients :

  1. 250gr Dark Chocolate 65% Cacao
  2. 250gr Butter
  3. 250gr Pastry flour
  4. 200gr sugar
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 2 vanilla

Preparation :

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar in a mixer and mix for 3-4 minutes
  2. In a bain-maire melt the chocolate with the butter
  3. Put the melted chocolate and the butter to our mixer and hit for 1 minute
  4. Put the flour slowly and keep whisking with the mixer
  5. Add the vanilla
  6. Butter an oven pan everywhere and drop our mix until is 2 fingers high
  7. Bake in a pre heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C
  8. When you take it off from the oven let it chill and after cut it to squares

      Σήμερα θα μιλήσουμε για τα brownies σοκολάτας , ένα κλασικό Αμερικάνικο γλυκό.Τα brownies είναι μια διαστάυρωση μεταξύ κέικ και μαλακού μπισκότου και μπορεί να φέρνει πολλές μορφές αλλά η ποιο συνηθής είναι τα κυβάκια.Συνήθως τρώγονται με το χέρι και πάνε υπέρχα με την συνοδεία καφέ ή με ένα ποτήρι γάλα. Επίσης μπορείτε να τα σερβίρετε ζεστά με μια μπάλα παγωτό, με σαντιγύ ή πασπαλισμένα με άχνη-ζάχαρη. Ώρα να ξεκινήσουμε :

Υλικά

  1. 250γρ κουβερτούρα 65% κακάο
  2. 250γρ βούτυρο
  3. 250γρ αλεύρι ζαχαροπλαστικής
  4. 200γρ ζάχαρη
  5. 4 αυγά
  6. 2 βανίλιες

Εκτέλεση

  1. Χτυπάμε στο μίξερ τα αυγά με την ζάχαρη μέχρι να αφρατέψουν
  2. Σε μπεν-μαρι λιώστε την σοκολάτα μαζί με το βούτυρο
  3. Προσθέστε στο μίξερ το βούτυρο με την κουβερτούρα και χτυπήστε για 1 λεπτό
  4. Ρίχνουμε σιγά σιγά το αλεύρι και τις βανίλιες
  5. Βουτυρώνουμε ένα ταψί και ρίχνουμε το μίγμα μας μέχρι να είναι σε ύψος 2 δάχτυλα
  6. Ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180C για 20-25 λεπτά
  7. Βγάζουμε απο τον φούρνο , το αφήνουμε να κρυώσει και ύστερα το κόβουμε σε μικρά κομμάτια

A life expirience.

        My first blogger post.

     So guys , today i baked one of the most famous and absolutely delicius desert ''Chocolate Souffle''.I used the recipe of the Italian restaurant i was working one summer at Halkidiki Greece, Sani Resort, at Macaroni Italian Trattoria with chef Dimitriou Nikos and excecutive chef Gianluca Guglielmi.The recipe is a creation of my lovely friend and colleague Giorgos Tsamouris.
    I baked this desert for my Slovak girlfriend Nikola for a special night for the two of us. I hope you will use it for a special ocation and trust me , it will worth .You can serve also with ice-cream pistachio or vanilla, it will be delicious. Let's get started!!!

Ingredients : 

  1. 250 gr of dark chocolate 70% choco
  2. 5 eggs
  3. 150 gr crystal sugar
  4. 100 gr butter
  5. 10 gr cacao powder
  6. 1 pinch of sallt
  7. 30 gr pastry flour

Preparation :

  1. Melt the Chocolate in bain-marie.
  2. Put inside the bain-marie the sugar and whisk it with the chocolate.
  3. Put the butter till it melts and whisk it good for a minute
  4. Take the bain-marie from the fire and put the eggs one by one(its really crusial to put the eggs one by one so when the desert bakes it will take nice shape and get bigger) and whisk strong .
  5. Put the flour,cacao powder and the salt and whisk it until it becomes ''one''.
  6. Put it in small bake forms that u buttered and putted a little bit of flour so it will not stuck in baking until 3/4 so it will have space to grew while baking.
  7. Bake at ''air'' for 10-15 minutes
  8. Serve and enjoy the magic melted hot chocolate.
